For some reason, I like this one a lot. Maybe it is because he isn't completely stacked? I'm not sure; I just like it.

I guess its time to jot down (or type, I suppose) a few creator's notes. I decided to focus on his combat prowess as well as his serving as a template for the clones. I've scrubbed the direct damage fluff in favor of meat-and-potatoes abilities like TKS, CA and C-QF. In addition, I wanted a Jango with Pilot to both reflect that aspect of the character as well as give him access to the KlatCap's CE (Evade & Speed 8).

To make him as formidable to Jedi as he was reputed, I found the synergy between Counter Attack, Twin Attack, Bounty Hunter and Jedi Hatred +10 quite compelling. Each time a unique Jedi hits him, he can hit back twice at +20 for 30 damage if he makes the save. Having no access to rerolls via Force points should (hopefully) keep the interaction balanced.

Finally, to represent the fact that he served as the genetic template for the Republic's clones, I crafted his CE. Since they share his genes, I figured ARCs should share his stats and abilities. This should provide very fun and strong builds with the likes of his son, Kal Skirata, Fordo, etc. I ran through the possible interactions with ARCs gaining his abilities and didn't find any worrisome. If I've overlooked any, please comment. Thanks.

If you are looking for him to benefit from the {Klatooinian Captain} you need to give him {Willing to Serve} or lose the CE. Don't lose the cool CE! Great version!

I really like that CE, at first I thought he might be a little expensive to run with Kal, but the flexibility and versatility to give all your ARC Troopers (a personal favorite of mine) exactly what they need, whether it be flight, accurate, and the possibility of giving Ordo and Fordo Willing the serve is really interesting. (not sure if there is anything that makes it work really well, but it is certainly a cool possibility.) And then of course all the Boba Fun. Would be especially cool with Mirta Gev. Expensive, but cool.

I think he is (priced properly, not clunky.) The flexibility he gives the 3 generic ARC Troopers and their Captains (who were all already solid to great,) and would make me actually consider them in Mandos. Now the only thing they really get are Squad abilities from Kal and that isn't enough to make me pull them from the Republic where I can give them Doulbe/Twin/GMA. His abilities help them out where they are weakest (melee) and give them a chance against Jedi (through pretty much any of his abilities) to survive.

Now for that versatility you are probably going to have to pick a few ARC Troopers or the ARC Trooper Captains to attempt to make it work. I doubt they could all fit in 1 squad, but I think both would be fun and different squads.

Yeah, getting all the ARC love into a 200 point squad probably won't happen, but fitting enough to make a very good squad can happen. Don't overlook Pilot. Want to give ARCs access to the KlatCap's CE? Jango's CE can give them Twin, Accurate, Pilot, Bounty Hunter +4, Close-Quarters Fighting, Counterattack, Flight, Jedi Hatred, Teräs Käsi Style or Willing to Serve. With this many options, the possibilities for ARCs will take quite some time to exhaust.

Im not sure that works as WtS must be in effect before Jango can be brought in. Usually abilities don't have effect until the character is in the squad. Obvious exceptions are Affinity and Rapport. Since this "affinity" is in the CE, I don't think it will work. However, you can use Ulic in either case. My point was he can't gain FPs in the Mando faction.
