Gave her a CE since she was perceived as the head of the Black Sun. I'm not sold on Ion Shielding, but wanted to reduce her vulnerability.

That's a cool and original CE. Everything else looks good, though I agree IS is a bit odd.

The only downside is that the CE won't stack with IE's Xizor's CE (or new Karrde's CE). But, I like it NTL (none the less).

Removed Ion Shielding since she has Evade, also added to the CE since her's is rather easily avoidable and raised her cost.

Thanks! I'm pretty happy with how she opperates - CE helps her stay out of Separatist hands and allows the Black Sun grunts to run interference to help protect your commanders behind them, not to mention a potential 80 damage against a single target (though she needs to take an AoO and make her save without any rerolls to do it).
