Either you need to add Droid or elaborate on HRD because as is it doesn't change anything on her, and if you add Droid change HRD to something like "ignore Droid for the purpose of commander effects" (of course that would mean that commander efects that specify "Droid" characters would no longer apply so you may need to work on the wording), since you take the most restrictive "penalty" ability I don't think rules-wise HRD would override Droid.

HDR doesnt effect her it gives the other droids Human Replica Droid SA

well it would affect her now that you added Droid ;) (otherwise what would the point of her having it be - she could still hand it out without having it herself). The other issue is merely technical (I know the intent of it and that's good enough for a custom ability) in that I'm just not sure that it would function properly within the rules "as is".

You could, but be sure to consider the difference that would make - What CEs Guri's subject to and that if she's disrupted or distracted. That approach may change how the character plays, but would accomplish much of the same goal.
