I had trouble with it myself. I think Twin and Cloak with some of the Sith CE's this guy could access should cost a pretty good amount.

Lol, I made one of these awhile back; it has 30 HP, costs 21 and has Double instead of Twin lol. Not saying this is undercost or that one is overcost (it's quite different), I just thought that was kind of funny.

I definitely like this, but I don't think he'll be using Squad Cover very often. Still, definitely an 8.
