Special Abilities

  • Turn to the Dark Side (Replaces attacks: range 6; 20 damage to 1 target with a Force rating. The target can choose to negate this damage and instead make a save of 11; if the save fails, the target joins this character's squad until the end of the skirmish.)
  • Dominate (Replaces turn: Target living character takes an immediate turn under your control, which does not count as one of your 2 activations this phase, even if it has already been activated this round; save 11. The target character cannot move this turn.)
  • Rapport (Massassi Sith mutant cost 2 less when in a squad with this character)

Force Powers

  • Force 2. Force Renewal 2; Master of The Force 2
  • Sith Sorcery (Force 2, usable only on this character's turn: Enemy characters within 6 squares are considered activated this round; save 11)
  • Dark Assault 2 (Force 2: If this character doesn't move this turn, he gets +4 Attack and +10 Damage on all his attacks this turn)
  • Transfer Essence (Force 1, usable only on this character's turn: Choose 1 living ally. Remove that ally from play and place this character in that ally's space; that ally is defeated.)
  • Dark Side Empowered (Force 3, replace attacks: Until the end of the skirmish this character gains the following Force Ability; When adjacent to a target living allied character with a Force rating, this character may spend 1 Force Point, target ally gets +4 Attack and +10 Damage; Target Ally takes 10 damage each time it activates while this ability is in effect.)
  • Master Sith Alchemy (Force 4, replaces turn: Living enemies with 40 Hit Points or less remaining within 6 squares are defeated. You can immediately add characters whose names contain Massassi Sith Mutant, equal to the ammount of enemies defeated to your squad. The new characters set up in a square each enemy formerly occupied.)

Commander Effect

Massassi Sith Mutant gain Sith Lanvarok (Replaces attacks: sight; this character may make 3 attacks against 1 enemy at +8 attack for 10 damage).

I see we were both keeping the Massassi in mind when designing our respective Exars. It's interesting to see the different ways we went about it. TttDS is a nice choice.

Yeh...I'm not sold on it yet. He turned his back on Jedi and Sith, dont know if it's possible to represent without a complete rethink...

With the Massassi theme definitely go for Sith. I'mnot sure I understand Massassi Lanvarok - it seems they get to make a ranged Triple attack even after moving - was that the intent?

Seems so, I would word it "this character may make 3 attacks against 1 enemy at +8 attack and +10 damage" Or something similar. Force Flight I'm not sold on, Jedi/Sith can hover, but not fly. BTW the CE needs "Savage characters are subject to this effect:" for it to work. I think that attack value is ridiculously high. Lightening Blast 2 is pretty strong and probably could be limited to just adjacent characters and push back 3-4. Not a bad custom though

Changed Force Flight to my Force Hover, force ability. Makes more sense and more balanced.

Yep, I've already got ability somewhere (Dark Dominate). I was thinking more of Kun being a bestower of power, like he does when shattering the sith holocron to grant sith powers to his jedi followers. Mechanicaly, you might be right to keep it simple.

Very happy with the how this has turned out. A stand alone beat stick who makes/converts followers and then boosts them. Yes he is a niche piece, the whole combo may take VERY good placement to work, but the original Exar was a game change who ate his squad, this one is of a similar feel.
