Yes because she didn't get her lightsaber until much later on in the game

burst lightning is great for her since she has 10 damage. gives her a little more pop. CCC pieces don't always have to be giant pieces. sometimes a nice subtle USEFUL piece is better. At least by my grading scale anyway. Very nice piece. my only change would be to give her a higher base force rating and remove renew. She has no reason to build up FP since she only spends 1 point once a turn anyway. To keep her points down I think Force 3 or 4 should work.
