Your Camaraderie is very interesting. Granting Stealth gives a, what, 3rd way to gain GMA? Options are nice, for sure. His damage output is low when compared to Mara or Saba at similar cost but he brings more to his squad. However, Force Push 4 is a big threat and he can probably pull it off twice in a skirmish. The CE is eye catching. What is your thinking on it?

CE represents the help that Morrigan Corde provided the team (gaining the access they needed), yeah they could gain GMA through Stealth, but it's a much more roundabout way than just using Luke, GH.

Ok, that makes sense. True, it's more roundabout but gives you a couple more activations and shooters vs. a similar amount of points for Luke. It's a cool alternative.

You probably don't need to link special abilities (such as Unique) unless they are being given away.

yeah it's likely not necessary, but it doesn't hurt anything and gets me in the habit of linking abilities so that when it does matter it's covered.
