On a second look a slight ubdercosted, with Rapport and SA'S, IMO.

Dropped Advantageous Cover, and Rapport with Jaster is now -1 instead of -2... Seem better now? :)

I would say well balanced, very solid 9(8) point piece, IMHO! Strong 9!
