I cooked this up for week...lost count, week whatever of the Custom Character Contest. Leia in the NR era has to be one of the most inconsistently portrayed major characters in regards to her Force abilities so I opted to make a more political version. I think this is a nice bridge from Rebel princess to NR Jedi Knight.

Mal'ary'ush as a noghri offshoot of Execute Order 66 is certainly an interesting take. the second part of your CE seems a bit off, as it reads it appears the most a character can get under normal circumstances is +1 (since Affinity changes the characters faction I believe).

I may need to reword it but here are the bonuses as I see them. Nei Rin gives +1 for Yuuzhan Vong, any Fringe will grant +1, Jango and/or Rohlan give +1 for Mando (2 total since they are also Fringe). I thought there was 1 or 2 more but I can't think of them at the moment.

Rohlan/Jango works, but I don't think Nei counts as Vong since she is NR through affinity

Normally that is true, but Yuuzhan Vong Heritage makes her a unique case.

That it does. I imagine the "best" builds would be built to get a +2 to boost non-Uniques. I might change it by removing the "other than NR" portion to bolster it. Basically, I wanted to capture Leia's diplomatic and recruitment skills. Hopefully it turned out that way.

I opted to boost the CE by counting the NR in the second part of the CE. Now, using Rohlan or Jango is a quick +3. Limited to 6 squares in a faction without Booming Voice should keep it balanced.

Accurate Shot and Aggressive Negotiations are perfect for her! Force Push 1 can help her escape from adjacent beats. Mal'ary'ush is good.

Considering that Fringe only CE's would be useless with her, perhaps add "Faction specific CE's are now New Rep. specific". Like the Yammask does.

Yeah, but here's the way I see it - the ones affected by the SA are her allies and it's her CE so they would be considered NR for Her CE since to them it is an allied commander effect.
