Special Abilities

• Droid (Immune to critical hits; not subject to commander effects)
• Mounted Weapon (Only allies with Mounted Weapon or adjacent allies with Gunner can combine fire with this character)
• Wheeled (Replaces turn: Can move up to 18 squares, then attack)
• Artillerist (+4 Attack against enemies with Flight)
• Damage Reduction 10 (Whenever this character takes damage, reduce the damage dealt by 10. Attacks with lightsabers ignore this special ability.)
• Stable Platform (After making an attack on its turn, this character may immediately use a special ability that replaces attacks)
• Improved Missiles 40 (Replaces attacks, sight: 40 damage to target and to each character adjacent to that target; save 16 .)
• Crush (During this characters movement it cannot enter any square twice. This character can enter squares occupied by medium or smaller enemy characters, an enemy character affected in this way takes 20 damage and must immediately move to an empty square adjacent to this character. Save 6 to avoid the damaging effect.)
• Single-Shot Blaster (This character cannot gain Twin Attack)

The heavy hailfire droid was developed as an anti-air weapon for the Confederacy in the early stages of the Clone Wars.
