You know it, I loved Watoo in the movie and I liked his Chance Cube, I've seen other representations of the SA but this one I made up after seeing a few of the representations.

I don't believe you could use a FP to re-roll [Chance Cube], the die roll isn't specific to a character. The same way you can't re-roll Initiative with a FP. Nice though, it'd be fun.
