I really like the idea behind this piece. It should work well with Nomi Sunrider.

I like it, it's over costed though, especially because it can only open 2 doors and then it's basically useless. The other thing is that it is the only form of door control a squad with Nomi has if you want to utilize her commander effect. And if it's in a squad with only other force users, then it won't be repairing anything. If it had more FP or renewal, then it would be much better.

we originally had it costed lower, but decided it should be able to collect gambit. hence the 10 cost.

This character has actually (and surprisingly) helped quite a bit when needing a piece for placement. It can still hit for 20 damage and stay in front of your (usually small all force user army) and take ranged hits (possibly deflect) so you can get your army set up

I just read this guy's page on Jawajuice and I understand why he was made this way. (I had not thought about him getting gambit) I guess, as I look at this set, I just keep thinking of the heavy hitters like Luke Jedi Hero, Bane and Sidious, and Sep Bounty Hunters, and I still can't see the OR faction doing well against them because they just don't have the same damage output. Maybe their defensiveness will make up for that, but I haven't playtested.

One of my favorite pieces from the set. Simple design, multiple, useful functions. Cudos to the designer. Not many designs or squads get a 10 from me, but this one does. Feel honored.
