Wow, this looks FUN. Transporting allies (but having to damage them if you want it) gives an interesting movement breaker to new factions, while being able to move OPPONENTS pieces (if I understand it correctly) looks insanely fun. I'm slightly confused by how it works, though; what I mean is, does it need to be activated at the start of the Rathtar's turn, or can it pick up passengers anywhere during it's movement?

Yeh, you have to nominate/activate it but it works as it moves :) lol
