I wonder... can these be in a Kota's Militia squad? since they don't have Order 66... they could be with Alpha and the other troopers who disregarded Order 66...

^Yes, as they lack Order 66, they would be playable with Kota's Militia. In-game/universe explanation being that they have proven themselves trustworthy and loyal to the Rebellion, not the Emperor.
