  • Instill Fear (Enemy and allied followers within 6 squares get -2 to save rolls)
  • Doctrine of Fear (Enemy characters within 6 squares get -4 Attack)
  • Turn to the Dark Side (Replaces attacks: range 6; 20 damage to 1 target with a Force rating. The target can choose to negate this damage and instead make a save of 11; if the save fails, the target joins this character's squad until the end of the skirmish.)

Force Powers

  • Force Fear (Force 1, use this ability only on this character's turn; sight; target living enemy gets -4 Attack and -4 Defense until the end of the round; Characters with a Force Rating may avoid this effect with a successful SAVE 11.)
  • Lightsaber Block (Force 1: When hit by a melee attack, this character takes no damage with a save of 11)
  • Lightsaber Assault (Force 1, replaces attacks: Make 2 attacks)

Hm. A lot of my figures have been getting 7s lately. Curious.

Hmm... interesting piece! He's got a lot going on. I think you could probably raise his cost. He won't last long against ranged, but for 20 points he packs a high damage ceiling (with an impressively high attack) and a lot of good tech. (Which really boosts the WotC Sith - pieces like Revan and Exar Kun are really nice with Wellspring otDS). I really like the flavor, I'm just not sure the low hit points and defense is enough to keep the cost down.

Human Bodyguards could protect him while he gets to the fray and Bane or Revan goes to town with Renewal 2, and he royally messes with the enemy stats. I do like how he's got the same HP as Luke of Dagobah - I'm thinking that was intentional? Overall, a really nice piece - maybe underpriced, but at this point you're more used to looking at pure WotC than I am.

Top stuff! I'm enjoying the concept here - the ghost vader, and we can use this for recreating various Marvel Comics and DarkHorse Comics too. Thanks for sharing - 9.93/10. (I do not know where the 3 bombs or the 'consistently 7' is coming from hehe)

@CC: Actually, his having the same HP as Luke of Dagobah was a coincidence, but I do like how it turned out. As to why his HP and Defense are a bit low, it's because, let's face it, the Vader illusion didn't last long in the actual lore.
