What I imagine a very acrobatic Yoda being. No strong slices but a lot of little stinging blows.

i do like the idea, but he does have a lightsaber so I think 20 damage seems more appropriate. maybe this is just him with his little cane

I think that he might be a bit overcosted and undercosted at the same time. He can only do 30 damage without Aturu, but with it, he can do 60. And with 6 attacks, it could really be abused. With General Sky's Momentum, he could do 120 damage after moving. In a game-sense, 20 damage would be a lot better, and do some other changes. If you're going for accuracy, it'll be tough to get it a good cost.

Ataru is very counterable by the opponent, and with GS's momentum, that is already over 100 pts. If he is overcosted and undercosted at the same time, to me that sounds like he's pretty close to being balanced, especially since as long as the opponent has more than 1 character left, they can prevent Ataru without too much trouble.
