Traps and Stealth option with better stats than Wicket. Twin attack and Talon give him 40 damage at 13 attack which is semi respectable. Can get Super stealth in Black Sun.

Unless it's a persistant condition, just slap a "This character is no longer shocked" at the very end.

I got him at conservatively a 28. None of the Other Electro Shock type abilities last more than one round ....

Cost increase and fix the wording. His which is special and too Anson out pretty well. I will work on it
