Some really cool ideas here Jak. I would reword Plan Surge to make it easier to define (so many different maps, I see what you are going for though) maybe to "enemy characters on or adjacent to low objects have -2 Defense and -2 Attack for the remainder of the round. An unactivated enemy character affected in this way may not move on its turn, save 11 to avoid this effect. I also may make steal life force energy simpler (if this character defeats an enemy within 6 squares, remove 20 damage from this character and steal any remaining force points from the defeated enemy)
