Signal Interceptor is interesting. Any particular reason the Bothan is defeated? Are they found out and executed?

The way Signal Interceptor is worded, it seems as if the Bothan Interceptor needs to see the enemy commander. Is that right?

Yes, has to be able to see it at the start of a round. Being defeated was for flavor but in retrospect probably the wrong choice.
