Mobile seems counter productive to a spotter. But we do need more improved spotters.

I like the piece, but I agree, Mobile is odd on him. Imp spotter is a great idea for an O66 piece. maybe something cool to do would be to give it intuition and drop mobile. that way before the round starts he can get into position and then be able to combine fire on a target when the round starts.
