Shape change is the only thing I'm not sure on as it's harder to set up but spy is a crazy powerful epic level ability and she is an easily boosted fringe piece. But something like misdirection and/or false identification instead would be great. Or give her the wording for spy as thaf ability but make the Caveat that adjacent enemies ignore it.

Also I think she does too much damage as is. Hunter combined with assassin combined with talon would give her +18 and 40 damage against uniques or whatever faction you are up against. And then twin/accurate.

Hunter + Assassin is a bit much. I would say Aggressive Negotiations would be a fitting alternative to Shape Change as mechanically it works well to simulate blending in with the crowd until she reveals herself.

See, here's where I get lost, as it were, with Shape Change. "...move adjacent to an opponet's piece, it gains Spy." So you shape shifted next to an enemy? .... and didn't he just watch you? So how do you justify Dangerous Enemy one second and "Perfecty Harmless, pay No Attention, move on" the next .....

For Shape Change how about, "At the start of each round that this character does not have line of site to an enemy, this character gains Spy"?

I like the new version of shape change a lot. The thing that I might change is the amount of damage she can do, seems way too high for the cost.
