Survival expert is great! Not sure about this guys survivability though

Yeah, I wasn't sure what to do with survivability exactly... If you put one of these guys together with a Series II, it would literally have a 1/20 chance of failing a save, making them almost invincible... So to keep things fair, I was trying to keep this piece sort of fragile... Some boosts I was considering were either: more HPs, some sort of damage reduction (flak, or shields of some sort), stealth or cloaked, or just lowering the cost so if you really want to keep your shield boosts, you have to bring several. Do any of those seem like a specifically good option?
