He does 1 thing. No other abilities, not even double attack. The old WotC pieces were great for this. Healers that could pretty much just heal, or Commanders that handed out Deadeye and that was about all they did. I think this fits the retro "Build a WotC style piece" pretty well. It also fits the excitement you got when you opened a booster and saw a lightsaber, then read the card hoping for some amazing new jedi that you never heard of with fantastic stats, then you found out it was this and just wanted to puke...
