I like the Falling Avalanche/Assured Strike combo! Couple questions: Wouldn't Battlemaster be a force power? And if you use AS would you still roll the die?

What about making AS a hit on any roll but a 1, kinda like Master Tactician for initiative? Also, didn't Sora co-develop Vapaad with Mace?

Yes he did codevelope Vaapad. But he also knew all sorts of other stuff. I do think you should roll and the 1 thing could definitely work. Umm I do not know about battle master being a force power. Assured strike is a form vii move

The reason I ask about Battlemaster is because it's basically a weaker version of MotF.

I like it, but as is, I think it is outdone by the current Sora. 33 points with 3 LS styles and able to gain twin is fantastic. I love the FPs though on your version. It would be great to use Assured Strike twice to do 40 with no questions asked.

might as well give him MOF2 since all his force powers are duel related

Hmmm Motf2 plus assured hit? Seems dicey to me. I really like Acolyte and the CE though. Shouldn't he have Vaapad though?

but the assured strike just means that he hits, it does not stop parry, defense, block, etc. and it is only 20 damage each. I love the idea that you can move 6, and falling avalanche with assured hit, mixing two different styles into one attack, shows his versatility. I also like that you can do that as a defensive mechanism if you go first, then the opponent has to base you and possibly lose their extra attacks, etc. and if they attack you can master riposte and attack (for the cost of 2 force points).

Added Vaapad. I did not want him to have twin at all, I do think he might do better with a little more damage though or defense, so I added Flurry attack as a means to see that in action

This piece is really coming together. I like the avoidance of Twin here to keep the balance or prevent need to balloon the cost. Assured Strike looks solid, better than my old version. The combo of Vaapad, Deadly and Acolyte is great.
