I thought about making him Hutt Cartel and making his abilities more refined to Hutt Cartel because there are so many droids out there.

Some very cool stuff here. Torture seems like a natural fit for this character but is not needed. CoCR would give the Seps a nasty movement breaker, especially with Droid Coordinator.

Focusing on Hutt Cartel would give a more accurate thematic element.

I think torture is for the living so it will not fit that well. Hutt cartel will also limit the potential for a broken squad to arise

Nice idea and some grea stuff here. You need to word restraining bolt differently as i think disruption should be disruptive

I was looking at my CCC ev-9d9 to see what I came up with. Haha restraining bolt. This guy is way too powerful
