Splash represents his concealed missile launcher. I went with Jolt and Verpine Shatter Rifle for versatility. Plus, he had upgraded sensors which also fits VSR. Spy felt like the best way to represent his sneaky side, though I did consider Cloaked. I'm tempted to add more synergy with Maul.

I would give him Verpine Shatter Rifle probably every time, since it can gain twin. a verpine shot from sight for 60 80 with roger roger. pretty potent

True that. But the ability to opt for Splash to deal with bodyguards or swarms is handy. Stunning an enemy with Jolt might keep an ally alive a bit longer. It all depends on what the situation calls for.
