Simple and effective. Great option for Talon squads. Might be a bit too inexpensive.

Vibroblade: Replaces attacks: +6 Attack for 20 Damage against an adjacent target; this counts as a melee attack. Why would you ever choose Vibroblade? when you can choose twin and have two attacks? especially since the attack is only a 6..

I looked the other day, and couldn't find it in the rules, but I know at one point I had it confirmed that Vibroblade is a bonus to the attack value, while the damage value is static. On the BX Spotter Droid, Vibroblade would be a +7 for 20 attack (base 1 + vibroblade 6 = 7). So for Rihanna, that would be +18 for 20 base damage.

Come to think of it, you might want Gauntlet Knife - her attack will be obscenely high otherwise. She's already at +20 with Talon/Thrawn and Synergy, Vibroblade would put her at +26 Attack. That has to be a new record :P

This is Blaster 20 (Replaces attacks: sight; +12 Attack for 20 Damage) this is Vibroblade: Replaces attacks: +6 Attack for 20 Damage against an adjacent target; this counts as a melee attack. so similar it is hard to think they would mean something different in terms of application into the game but I am no rules guy

I like Gauntlet Knife as well. I actually added it to my Armament. I think I'm getting too picky on my idea of armament but I don't care for things like twin, double, cunning, oppor, etc. Those feel more like build options and not a piece of technology or a special weapon that would be something you would arm someone with. You can arm someone with Nades 40, you can arm someone with a Vibroblade, you can't arm somebody with a "twin attack". 12 attack is a titch high for my taste on a 20 point character but it does certainly make it attractive since by base, it only has 1 attack.

Sithbot is right about Vibroblade. Gauntlet Knife +20 is a better option.

http://www.bloomilk.com/Forums/default.aspx?g=posts&t=14862 - welp, I was wrong. Man, Vibroblade is even worse than it looks :P. Grievous, you definitely want to change it to Gauntlet Knife - the only time Vibroblade would be remotely useful is if you are trying to hit someone with Shien Mastery.
