Nice! Guard is super XCOM-like for Overwatch. I would up the cost as is though

I like this, especially with Guard, Programmed Target and Limited Programming. So, guard increases the AoO range around it to a 6 square template? that is nice.

The only thing I would like to add is a limit to how many your squad can have. Some maps have nasty bottlenecks that these could pin down. I would also find a way to make them 9 points so they can't gain gambit.
