The CE should definitely help Reborn. He looks solid. Single-Shot blaster, though odd with Repeat Blaster, does prevent unbalanced combos.

I've learned my lesson about twin and additional attacks with + or - damage or attack values. It's a very stupid set of rules, but I've found it best to just eliminate the possibility altogether with single-shot blaster. It is odd to have something named "single-shot blaster" with something named "Repeat Blaster".

Repeat blaster is wording weird. Make 4 attacks against enemies, which enemies? can e make 4 attacks against each? I think it should say "choose 4 legal targets and make 1 attack against each target at -10 damage." Or something like that

Donny super cool piece, repeat blaster can get pretty strong in the imperials with Thrawn though but I like the boost to reborn!
