Special Abilities

Ha ha! Nice! That's a lot of points but doling out EoP is quite powerful. Throwing Fett or Cad in there might be fun.

Only thing I may do is make EoP only affect Vong characters or else super stars on fringe heroes would be crazy

It effectively makes Fett 79 points. Cade is an interesting one at an effective 90 points since he can jack his stats with Splash (but that's a double-edged sword). FelCor might be another fun EoP candidate. Actually, this solves the Uggernaught aim and defense issues singlehandedly. Nice!

It lets you give an ally [Embrace of Pain] and preload for he ally with stat-boosting damage.

Ooooh now I get it, I completely did not see gives embrace of pain hahaha. Well this is pretty cool but I do not know if it has to cost 29 I would drop to 20.
