My CCC entry, trying to create a cheap piece to work with the established Hapans, deadeye from Tenal, Allana helps get around night blindness and can bring these women in as her 5 point piece, and shields helps keep them alive. I hope that blindness was enough of a negative to balance out distraction and shields, but I'm considering dropping shields.

Is Throne of Balance supposed to negate Cover? I would imagine the cover bonus would still apply, the glossary for the ability is lacking.

My interpretation was that it wasn't but in second reading it's not clear. Hmm rules guys help?
