Special Abilities

Unique. Greater Mobile Attack. Pilot.
Accurate Shot (Can attack an enemy with cover even if it's not the nearest enemy)
Camaraderie (An ally with Cade Skywalker in its name gains Greater Mobile Attack, Pilot and Protective +10)
Industrial Repair 30 (Replaces attacks: touch; remove 30 damage from 1 character with Mounted Weapon)
Pheromones (Cancel an attack from a living enemy within 6 squares that targets this character; the attacker can avoid this effect with a save of 11)
Projected Empathy (Living allies within 6 squares get +2 to save rolls. Living enemies within 6 squares get -2 to save rolls.)
Unflagging Loyalty (This character cannot join your opponent's squad while your squad contains a character with Cade Skywaker in its name)

Though originally a typical pleasure seeking member of her species, Deliah Blue became unusually loyal to her friends, especially Cade Skywalker.

WotC's Deliah wasn't all that impressive, though the latest Cade gives her a couple of helpful bonuses. However, I wanted to make a version that focuses on her a bit later in the series. She's in love with Cade and incredibly loyal to him and Jariah Syn. I've kept some of her original abilities but added a couple of items to boost either of the adult Cades. I've also tossed in some stuff to reflect the unique attributes of her species.

Much better piece - Cade BH is pretty nasty with GMA and +10 Damage. He's at what, +15 for 40 four times? And by the way, how did you get your Camaraderie to link up to that exact Protective +10?

Thanks for the feedback. To link to the exact ability, make sure you create a unique name. For instance, here is how I wrote this one: An ally with Cade Skywalker in its name gains {Greater Mobile Attack} and {Protective +10 (Deliah Blue)}. My Protective's unique name is everything between the {}.

Whoa, cool! Thanks! Okay, another thought: I like the flavor of Unflagging Loyalty, but did it factor much into cost? The abilities that cause you to change squads are so few and far between that it's a VERY situational ability. (Great flavor though!)

Situational for sure. I wanted her to land at 39 to be DD material for CSBH. I was hoping to balance that with granting +2 to save for the newer Cade while gaining Twin and BH+6.

Looks good, though for the most part if Camaraderie is being used, the character giving it out should have the abilities being given out. But thats semantics.

You could just give her GMA instead of Mobile. Same effect, but makes her better with pieces that hand out Extra Attack.

Would it be too much for Camaraderie to also grant Pilot to Cade? She helps keep the Mynock in the air so thematically it works.

She's a Zeltron. Typical of the species. She does have blue hair. Not old lady blue, though.

Seems ok at first glance, costed about right, Camaraderie maybe gives out a little too much; still seems to have a rather high attack, crack shot or not ...

The original had +7 Atk, Cunning and BH+4. A base 10 Atk w/no boosts tames her a bit.

Without Cunning/BH but she can get boosts and then she's attacking with an even higher rating

She does 20 damage though... she's at average Dash Rendar level, but with 1/4 the firepower.
