Still not; what is the Deck Sweeper? I frag grenade, a droid literally sweeping/hitting everything?

Your CE y you could just put Pirate followers for the second part. Also, Flechette Launcher needs a range.

Actually, put Pirate followers first to avoid confusion of Rebel Pirates.

Deck Sweeper... hmm, I will forever rue the day I let "choose a square" into the game. ;?) Yeah, that will need some finicky wording. Hold my beer, I'll be back later, *maybe*, with a wall of text.

The cleanest, simplest wording for deck sweeper (and one that will keep swinefeld from cold sweats) is something such as..."range 6: 10 Damage to target and all characters within X squares of target. All characters damaged this way are considered activated, save 11" This game isn't set up to accept a true "cone" effect but the suggested wording gets close within existing mechanics. I used X as it's up for arguement but I'd go with 3. That's a good representation of a sweeper.

For Surf: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Deck_Sweeper_stun_blaster I had a wording that wasnt too bad for the deck sweeper for a cone attack but it only made sense for the straight up left right or down (square direction) attacks, anything diagonal etc didnt work out right. For the Launcher im using this disc http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Flechette_launcher a non 'shotgun' wording, and a non indirect fire grenade launcher. Im open to discus however, I had it worded differently and changed it to what it is now.

the origional wording I had was +10 attack 30 damage to target and adjacent characters, miss reduces damage to 10, range 7-12 +7 attack, 20 damage, 20 damage to adjacent, 0 damage on miss. range 13+ +5 attack 10 damage, 0 damage on miss. as it is now it is more of a direct fire granade launcher similar to something in real life as: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/XM25_CDTE I have seen similar weapons to this, and this is just a far more advanced version. again, i am open to discussion :)

I have never been a fan of choosing squares as targets as it's just one more thing to remember/track in an already complex game. I would word it similar to Saber's suggestions personally and would also reword flechette launcher to clean it up: word it identical to blaster but add on splash at the end.

I can understand (for this game) why choosing a square could be unpopular, but it is very realistic. A grenade is rarely if truly ever thrown at an individual in real life, but at a spot/area. I have made changes, thoughts on changes?

This is very true Blem, I have thrown many real grenades and they are generally at a spot (although one where your targets are haha) but just trying to keep gameplay simple. I like it better though now and kind of a quasi force push. Still think Launcher needs a tidy up

quasi force push? what about the launcher, think it is too much damage? maybe 30 to target 20 splash?

Well right now it's kind of in an odd spot, not quite missiles but not quite a blaster. I would just simplify it to missiles 30 but if you want you can use the wording for pulse cannon: "Replaces attacks: sight; 30 damage to target and to each character adjacent to that target; on a save of 11, reduce the damage to 10)"

If you want it to be an actual attack roll, then keep your first part but then add: "-for 30 damage, If this attack hits, all characters adjacent to the target take 30 damage; save 11. If the attack misses, the target takes 10 damage; save 11"
