Base stats + SA's 26. The FP's come up to 33 so close enough; BT seems interesting and as Swine says its got a loophole so even better, making it not too overpowered. Not sure what to say on Force Dominate here. For a padawan, he seems rather powerful. Padawan Cade, Ahsoka & one version of Obi didn't have 10 Attack and the other Padawan Obi had exactly 10. You're inferring that Ezra is better than Cade Skywalker, Ahsoka & Obi-Wan? .... and Force 4 seems excessive.

I have edited him to make less powerful, but for Force Dominate he actually uses it om the show after training with a sith holocron, so even if it is powerful i cant really leave it out since i want that flavor part in.

I probably would have made Juyo just like the v-sets Mastery version, just on 19/20. Not sure I get the -5 to saves against force powers bit, but I'm a bit out of touch with his story line. Overall, looks interesting and fun to play.

I made my own juyo version because I don't like the v-sets version, I has to many die rolls and I want to limit that. The - 5 saves is for giving it a little disadvantage and on the wiki it says juyo left the user open for Force attacks

Should juyo say adjacent enemies get -5 to saves from this character's force powers?

No, its the character with Juyo that get -5. "This form sacrifices much to bolster offense, leaving one exposed to attack by the Force" - Kreia to the Jedi Exile
