I dig Expert Spotter. Does this stack with Expert Rangefinder for a +8 Atk?

+4 from Rangefinder, +4 from regular combine fire bonus, so +8 each attack. I may need to tweak ER a tad to follow the original more closely, now that I've looked at it again.

My Reconnaissance is not elite :( I love survival expert and evade on the piece. Expert spotter is my favorite. Only 4 mandos with sniper. Hard to know cost impact.

Yeah, I'm not sure what cost should be. 3 of 4 Mando snipers are in the same range as this. Need to play with some builds, and also see if Skirata + ARC Snipers, ERC Sev, RC Atin are viable (or a problem).

I might roll parts of this guy into an Antarian Ranger character, since the Mando options are pricey, and adding Rapport here is too much.

I think expert rangefinder is a cool idea but needs a wording clean up to refer more to line of sight instead of "see" but expert spotter is pretty cool, I would have worded it "once per round this character can combine fire without replacing its turn"
