Loop holes? Hmmm other than costing around 8, I think he's interesting. But frankly, not sure what niche he fits into. He basically justs exists to grow into a rather weak padawan who can do little more than deflect.

I have an odd sense of humor (probably only funny to me). On 'its' own, it cannot have more than 3 abilities (the rules as I read them). So can I give the character max 3 abilities that could grant X number of additional abilities? ;P ...

Riddle me this: what should WotC's 5pt Youngling actually cost with built-in Deflect (and by inference, a lightsaber, which building one was part of initiation, no?), 15 def and 20dmg? This 'youngling' has to hang with a 'teacher' long enough to get a lightsaber, then it's basically a grunt Padawan, with somewhat better stats to represent. 20 HP so it doesn't get punked by an Uggie while standing next to it's teacher. Niche? If that matters, I'll just revert to my other entry. I was mostly just having some fun. :D

Hahaha sneaky swinefeld. Obviously horribly complex Force power but I think this was more for fun hahaha. I do like initiate though

@GG, haha, yeah, Trials is a cluster. I'll just say my creative juices (or some other juices) were flowing. I was feeling a bit ornery and went with it. ;) Could be a scenario piece or something.

Even if it was just the latter part about gaining deflect and Palawan/losing initiate, then with base 20 damage you would probably be ok.

That's a pretty good suggestion GG. Also, I see I forgot to indicate that Trials is once per skirmish. That would matter for the stat boosts, if I keep any of them.

Updated, including name change. Note that Initiate does not include "and doesn't count as nearest enemy" and I'm leaving it that way. Now it's a much more interesting piece. Open to suggestions on cost after these changes.

Oh, and since it's exceptional, Trials grants Defense, not Deflect. Might be 10+ pts all things considered. Still weak against tons of stuff once it upgrades.

Looks pretty good, Surf is the costing guru so I will let him say his piece but I think it's good
