Nice work! I think the only thing I would add, is a Rapport of some kind... Imp Knights are plagued by being over cost, and its hard to fit everything in there to make them playable! Maybe a Rapport X with Roan Fel?

I suppose I could slap a cost reduction into duty- then it would affect those that would gain it.

Also, I wouldn't limit the CE so much. I would make the CE. While the only force users and commanders in your squad are Imperial Knights imperial Knight followers gain Duty. This limits things like Thrawn or Vaders being played but gives you access to door control

also can you give him the Synergy for imperial knights that almost all of them have just to keep with tradition?

The rapport part of Duty won't work on characters given it by his CE, as that only affects them long after squad-building actually takes place. You could simplify it by changing it to Rapport (n/u Imperial Knight followers cost 2 less when in a squad with this character and a character n/c Roan Fel).

Then Duty can become an ability like Wraith Squadron, Phoenix Squadron, etc- when this character is in a squad with x, he gains x. Perhaps it could also do with a rename if you went this way- something like "Fel Empire" or similar, just to be in line with the aforementioned abilities. Though Duty is a thematic name also.

How about the cost reduction as part of the CE then. She didn't always play well with others is why I left off synergy. As to door control I could go with Door Shatter over push - it's a bit less thematic, but works.
