be better to make the SA to where if you get an even # on a save +4 to the result, if you get an odd number on a save -4 to the result

Actually Karmic Luck is if you get even or odd for initiative for all rolls that round.

It's just "makes a save", not "makes a successful save". I guess it could be worded "rolls a save".
