Mandos in other factions would be awesome, but not at the cost of having Mercenary. No mobility...

At the cost of getting Mercenary, all the Mandies could get Double, Deadeye, and Furious Assault from [Nym] and the [Mercenary Commander]. How is that so bad?

With this guy, we really need a Rune Haako. He could supress that nasty mercenary like he would Nute's effect. It would mean your mandos are on a Seppie team, true, but they do need init control (San Hill, again good with a Rune Haako depending on the wording) and the "new" could give them Jedi Hunter...

super commandos with double deadeye, twin, greater mobile, evade, and numerous other abillities in rebel or New rep. Or canderous with twin evade and greater . OOO that sounds fun.
