So is this guy subject to Hutt Cartell CE? I honestly don't know, and am just curious....

ooh.... he should be. I will add Hutt Cartel on him. I tinkered with Accurate Shot on him as well. He has 90 damage output with Talon, so Accurate might be tooo powerful. hmmm...

Lol, I like Quick Shot on him, I do like the Hutt Cartell tag, I thought you were going for that, and and I think he is competitive enough to play, and has a slightly different style than other Hans. Nice work, Tactical shot is interesting... Is meant to be against any character? Or just attacks against him... I kinda like it working with every ally of his... Makes it a tech piece as well as a good damage dealer.

Changed Tactical Shot so that it says this phase, instead of turn. This means that this piece, after hitting an adjacent enemy can move after hitting the opponent and then the next activation that phase the character could move freely as well.
