Haha awesome quote Jak, that's a huge CE, my biggest issue is that Spy is one of the best abilities in the game as it lets you set up for a huge attack or in the case of 3PO there is no way to attack him at all, and he won't need to ever attack since he's just a support. So worse case, 3PO can allow you to take a spy droid swarm, have them all unable to be targeted as they plod over to whatever commander you hate most, then unleash a series of powerful assassin attacks, crippling the other team. And that's before any other CEs

If you want to keep a similar team I think basic to binary and even aggressive negotiations would be a more balance route.

I think boosting the Spy Droids is dangerous territory. As they are, in design the Round 1 deepstrike against MTBs and Czerka Scientists was talked about. With boosts, the list of commanders and characters they can kill gets longer.
