A medium base? I can't imagine you intended that. Also I don't know if you should or should not include rigid... given the context and theme!

Might want to drop the damage to 20, in a Talon squad these guys can do 60 from 12 away to multiple enemies. Seems a little strong to me.

Does the roll on greater gamblers luck have to be higher before or after the +4? I'm guessing the +4 is to be included.
