Special Abilities

  • Unique
  • Cyanogen Tank (When this character is defeated, 60 damage to all living characters within 6 squares; save 11 to reduce damage to 30)
  • Rapport (A character whose name contains Odan-Urr costs 5 less when in the same squad as this character)
  • Necessity of Action (If an ally does not move on its turn and is not adjacent to an enemy, it loses 1 Force point at the end of that turn)

Force Powers

  • Force 4
  • Force Renewal 1 (This character gets 1 Force point each time he activates)
  • Master of the Force 2 (May spend Force points up to 2 times in a single turn)
  • Force Meditation (Force 1, replaces turn: For the rest of the round, this character gains the following Force ability: Allied characters get +4 Attack and enemy characters get -4 Attack)
  • Force Sacrifice (Force 3, usable on a turn whenever this character or an ally would take damage: For the rest of the turn, no character in your squad can have its Hit Point reduced below 10. At the end of the turn, this character is defeated.)
  • Force Vision (Force 2, replaces attacks: sight; 1 ally with a lower point cost may make an immediate attack)

Commander Effect

Characters in your squad with a Force rating can spend this character's Force points. (A character still can't spend Force points more than once per turn and can't combine its own Force points with this character's.)

Very cool piece! Only concern is boosting Bastilla's force points. Maybe changing it to commanders with a force rating or characters with a lesser cost than this character can spend this characters force points.

That's a good point. When I made the custom I was thinking that you wouldn't pay another 33pts to use ABM a couple more times in most builds, but this guy does pack some tricks of his own. I'll have a think about how to nerf that combo.

There we go. Necessity of Action is a fairly strong disincentive to play Ooroo with any Force-user that just spins at the back, but at the same time doesn't hurt Odan-Urr as his Meditation replaces attacks. It's also thematic as in Tales Ooroo often reminded his bookish apprentice that there was a time for actions as well as words.
