Double/Twin at +13/30 with Leia and the Officer might be a bit much for 8pts. I'd consider raising the cost a little or dropping Twin since it out-competes the other Resistance non-Uniques as an attacker.

Or keep Twin but drop base stats down to probably +4/10dmg. You can still get an 80dmg Double/Twin shooter out of it but maxing out at +10atk.

Definitley strong with resistance Leia but theme is good, just maybe needs to have his cost upped
