Special Abilities

  • Emplacement (Cannot move or be moved. Set up anywhere on your half of the battle map.)
  • Machinery (Industrial Repair removes damage from this character)
  • Damage Reduction 10 (Whenever this character takes damage, reduce the damage dealt by 10. Attacks with lightsabers ignore this special ability.)
  • Drain Essence (Once per turn, an adjacent character with a Force rating can replace their attacks to remove this character from play and then remove all damage from itself and return to its starting Force Points. This character is defeated.)

"You cannot beat me, Revan. Not here on the Star Forge. Not when I can draw upon the power of all these Jedi! And once you are beaten I will do the same to you. You will be trapped in a terrible existence between life and death, your power feeding me as I conquer the galaxy" -Darth Malak

I created this to be the Sith "healer". It's a very strong heal with a boost (or bane if you had saved up a lot) to force points. But it comes at the cost of having to first get adjacent, then replace its turn, then be weakened and open to attack until the end of the round, this character is an easy target itself and finally an enemy can also drain essence for this character. Thoughts?

Seems underpowered. When you're low enough on HP that a full-heal is worthwhile, it's probably more important to kill the threat than to take a turn to heal up. 40hp emplacement also looks like a free 18 points for the opponent. I'd probably go to "replaces-attacks" instead of turn on Drain Essence, and 90hp on the Bacta Tank itself

Valid points Flying and made both of your suggestions while dropping the "stunned and weakened" penalty. Now it's a matter of the enemy draining it first or not
