Clone Strike character but add Naboo Queen Security Detail, Pilot, and Willing to Serve...change CE to just Naboo (remove Soldier).

Reduce point cost to 16 or give him twin? I'm still not sure I'd play him as is.

You get a lot for 18pts...and Panaka gives him Double...and he'd get Twin from a Czerka...add in Pilot synergies...and you get a decent Naboo squad.
