Revenge of the Sith character but increase hit points from 40 to 50, add Enraged Reactions and Never Upset a Wookiee.

Nice. Never Upset a Rookie is especially appropriate for the Wookie with Berserker in his name.

I think there's an argument for savage, but this is a good piece

Hmm...not a bad idea since berserkers were known to get into such a worked up state of frenzy that they basically lose their minds.
