Revenge of the Sith character but reduce cost from 20 to 18, increase hit points from 60 to 70, add Diffusion Armor, Electrostaff +20 and Mobile Attack.

ehh...there's already a Grevious's Bodyguard character that covers that. I kept this one a bit generic because of that.
