If he can only use it once in the entire game, is that really enough to make him better? It feels to me like he's still pretty puny overall.

Still better than a Clone trooper...30 damage and Speed 8 w/o CEs...plus all the boosts available...for one less point. ;)

^But again, he only has that 30 Damage and Speed 8 once for an entire game.
