I feel that you should increase his HP. I love Draw Fire, but at only 30 HP I feel like he's too fragile for it to really shine. So I would suggest doubling his HP.

Evade with save of 6 will be super annoying as is...and only for 6 points. Not sure I’d boost the HP. If I did, it would be to 40.

^Ah, I didn't see that it was "nonadjacent". Yeah, that would make it hard to hit him. Fair enough. I'd still bump up his HP to 40, even if it means increasing his cost by a few points, say...to 9.
